At Monday’s hearing, defense lawyers with the Chicago-based Exoneration Project told Menard County Associate Judge Kevin Tippey they needed time to meet with Snow to discuss his concerns that the defense may not have received all documents from the case. Snow has spent the past several months reviewing several thousand pages of police records provided by prosecutors in response to a court order. Read full story...
