Jamie Snow was framed by
malicious prosecutors
and dirty cops
The 4 Hallmarks of a Wrongful Conviction:
1. Official Corruption
2. Faulty Eyewitness Testimony
3.Perjured Testimony
4. Ineffective Assistance of Counsel
Jamie's case had all 4!!!!
If you couldn't tell, the prosecution's strategy was to overwhelm the juries with information even when they knew the testimony was false.
In 2021, the McLean County Prosecutors Office was force to turn over 8000 pages of documents it withheld from Jamie's defense. Contained in them is proof of official corruption and dozens of alternate suspects, many of which are extremely viable.
Why Jamie? He was on the cops radar as a local burglar back in the 1980s. He'd done two stints in prison but had cleaned up his act by the time the police came a knockin'. He'd also been implicated in a recent armed robbery with a toy gun as the "look out man," but according to the convicted sole perpetrator, Jamie had nothing to do with it.
Absolutely no physical evidence against Jamie was presented at trial. His codefendant was acquitted of being the get-away driver. She had a private lawyer.
