=========RESPONSES==========

Original requests submitted to BPD and McLean County on September 6, 2011. The
press release can be viewed here: http://www.freejamiesnow.com/pr_foia.htm

(09/08/11)
1st Response - McLean County: Received a response from McLean Co. Sherriff's office. The
request was passed to them for some crazy reason. I asked that she send it to the McLean Co. clerks office. She was very nice and said she would do that, and also that she would send the response in writing - which she did: http://www.freejamiesnow.com/docs/FOIArequest_firstresponse.pdf

(09/09/11)
2nd Response - McLean County: Response from McLean Co. Circuit Clerks office. Mr. Everhart informed me that the circuit clerk does not fall under the purview of FOIA. That said, he did mention that records were open to view in person according to the Clerk of Courts Act 705 ILCS 105/16(6), and I could view them there. I informed him that I tried to view them
there on Nov. 5th, 2010, and was denied access. He responded that he "personally contacted the assistant state's attorney" regarding my request. And that it would also be forwarded back to the FOIA Coordinator for redistribution. Here's the email thread:

(09/13/11)
1st Response - Bloomington Police Department: BPD FOIA Response (finally). They have
requested for more time to gather documents and/or decide how to respond appropriately (Sep. 21). Official response here: http://www.freejamiesnow.com/docs/BPD_FOIA_Extension.pdf

(09/16/11)
3rd Response - McLean County: After not hearing back from McLean County, I followed up on
the request. The response was a request for an extension of time (Oct 17), the reason listed: "There is a need for consultation, which shall be conducted with all practicable speed, with another public body having a substantial interest in the determination or in the subject matter of the request. Official response and email coorespondence here:
